About the Business

Professional Auto Care, PAC, was started by a husband-wife team, Everardo and Claudia Serratos. Everardo finished automotive technical school and started working on German brands as well Rolls Royce. Claudia's father had owned a successful parts store where she helped during her childhood. It seem fated they would one day own their own business with their combined knowledge of auto mechanics, attention to detail and focus on client experiences.

When the opportunity arose, they seized it. First starting out with one bay or now spilling out of two separate large buildings. Professional Auto Care has certainly earned its prestigious name. More importantly, they truly challenge the automotive industry by setting the bar high for automotive care client experiences and vehicle longevity through excellent workmanship and part selections.
