Proactive Sports is a nationally revered company sought out by NFL, MLB, NBA, and ATP athletes for their individualized training programs. Our second location at the Marke brings the diverse training methods to Orange County. Proactive Sports' methods have been featured on ESPN, CNN, Men's Health, HBO, Fox Sports, ABC and more.

The Proactive Sports team is apart of Adidas' strength and conditioning advisory board, administering training techniques and philosophies for the elite apparel enterprise. Most recently the Proactive Sports team earned an Emmy award for their work with the NFL as an associate producer for an online series, NFL Up.

In 2014 Proactive Sports Performance partnered with The Marke to open a unique state of the art performance facility located on their rooftop in Orange County. Our programs incorporate cutting-edge technology that deliver maximized training results. The training environment is professional, innovative, friendly and designed to meet the diverse performance needs of our clients. We provide private, small group, and team training and challenges. Our facility houses a Cryotherapy Chamber, which provides the ultimate body rejuvenation in sub zero temperatures. It aims to decrease pain, reduce inflammation and promote overall health. Our Bod Pod provides the most accurate breakdown of specific muscle, fat, as well as metabolic rates. Based on Air Displacement Plethysmography technology, it is considered the gold standard in body composition assessment.

Ryan Capretta is the founder and director of Proactive Sports Performance. In 2005 Capretta left a fulltime strength and speed coaching position in the NFL to open Proactive Sports Performance. During his NFL years, Capretta gained knowledge through many experiences including a Super Bowl with the Baltimore Ravens and working with players like Emmitt Smith, Ray Lewis, Kurt Warner, and Larry Fitzgerald to name a few.
