Pro-Tect Mobile started 14 years ago in California. We were a mobile service covering the Southern California area. In 2009 the business was relocated to the DFW metroplex. As of December 1st 2017 we offer in house vinyl wraps, ceramic coatings, window tint, and paint correction in our new 3,000 square foot facility.

Thom started this business 14 years ago while serving in the Air Force. After purchasing a vehicle with a clear bra added he soon realized how effective the film was at preventing rock chips. He then decided to go to an installation school to get certified. Over a period of years he was able to master his installation skills and when it was time to retire from the Air Force he went into business full time. One thing about the industry is your install is only as good as the installer. Although we test all the films out to ensure we are using the best product on the market if the installer is not skilled at his job then even the best film will not look good once installed. Search many of the car forums and you will find Pro-Tect Mobile is known for being one of the best mobile installation companies around... you will also find Thom Pettigrew associated with the installs. Over the years we have specialized in mobile paint protection film installation.
