The idea of cleaning dryer vents happened in 2002, it wasn't until 2007 that I started purchasing equipment for the business. By 2008 PREVENTilation was up and running.

PREVENTilation specializes in dryer vent cleaning. Fires can occur when lint builds up in the dryer or in the exhaust duct. Lint can block the flow of air, cause excessive heat build-up, and result in a fire in some dryers. PREVENTilation uses a professional grade, rotating brush and flexible rod system to clean your dryer vent. It can easily maneuver the multiple turns that are common in most dryer ducts. With the aid of a high powered vacuum, we will be able to remove even the toughest lint build-up.
