Having been in this industry since 1981, I have been fortunate enough to experience all aspects-from being a service technician, to managing the company I worked for, to starting and owning my own business since 1990. In this time I have learned that customer service is the number one priority and treating employees properly are the most important things any business can accomplish. This is a family business as my wife works in the office, my daughter works summers while in school, and my young son comes in on days off from school to help out. My philosophy is that we don't live to work-family, relationships and hobbies are what is most important.
