Trainers at the gym use a scientific approach; PGAC is managed by a team of industry leaders who have a combined total of 50 plus years in the California and Florida markets. The 50,000 square foot facility accommodates everyone from fitness enthusiasts to professional trainers and athletes, and thrives because of their one-on-one service. PGAC is centrally located in Tampa with ten minute commutes from Downtown, South Tampa and Citrus Park areas. PGAC also features specialized equipment, like dumbbells-up to 200 pounds, bumper plates, sleds, sledge hammers, a sand pit, tires, and much more for a powerful workout! Their nutrition department has gluten-free, hormone-free, organic, and professional grade holistic supplements. All meal plans are customized for the client and created by a state licensed, registered dietitian. Nutrition clients are closely supervised and check-in for body composition measurements using state of the art SECA SCANs. Nutrition Factory, located inside PGAC, cold presses their own almond milk and juices. They offer the very best in smoothies, fresh bowls, and meal replacements, as well as nutrient-dense foods including bison meat, grilled shrimp, chicken, steak, and quinoa.
