Each Power Yoga class is suitable for ALL LEVELS. The style of yoga that we teach is called Power Vinyasa Yoga. This powerful, energetic, playful flowing class has a strong emphasis on breath and allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class. The room is heated to help cleanse the body and warm the muscles. We also have unheated classes available.

Welcome to Power Yoga Canada Oakville! When you step through our doors you are instantly a member of our PYC family. You will be welcomed with a big smile into our home. We are a family-run business, working moms’, so you will likely meet our boys hanging out between classes. We love to play music, laugh, and connect, and that is all happening before you get into the yoga room. Our yoga classes are all levels and we encourage you to jump in and join the transformation that is happening in our hot room. Together we flow, strengthen, sweat, release and rinse our bodies and awaken our spirits. In addition to our regular drop-in classes, we have amazing monthly workshops that focus and specialize on different parts of the yoga practice and your body. We love to share the power of the Power Yoga practice and we look forward to meeting you.
