About the Business

Popsi's journey started in 2012 after a holiday to Rome where Chris & David discovered the art and flavors of handcrafted Pizzas. Missing this fresh & tasty food back home, they began to develop the perfect pizza. After a few extra trips back to Italy they decided to combine the best of the North & South of Italy, producing the Popsi's Pizza! They searched for two years to find the perfect home for Popsi's, and we can now welcome you to Popsi's in Bedford Place Southampton.

Our chefs handcraft our pizzas every day. Our dough is a simple recipe of flour, water, salt and yeast. No additives or chemicals. We let it mature for over 24hrs before crafting the dough into a fresh Pizza. We have Italian tomatoes to give each bite that extra sweet zing and top it with Fior De Latte, a lovely creamy fresh Italian mozzarella.
