About the Business

POP TACO is a new story - so who know's how it will end. I know we've overcome unthinkable challenges and worked incredibly hard. Many more will appear, when we least expect it no doubt. I am convinced that we are on the right path and this will be a long story indeed.

As a Californian abroad, I took the leap to start POP TACO as a platform for sharing my passion for Latin food, and tacos in particular. It wasn't too long ago that finding or making great tacos locally was very hard to do.

Bottom line: I love tacos and I want you to love tacos too. Especially ours!
