About the Business
Locally owned and operated, Poke Guru was founded in the Indianapolis City Market. For 3 years we perfected our craft with the Build Your Own Bowl (BYOB) poke bowl serving our wonderful guests in downtown Indianapolis.
In January of 2021, we opened our 2nd location at the popular Garage food hall in the Bottleworks District off of Mass Avenue. There we developed a Signature Bowl menu which includes chef inspired, from scratch sauces to take our poke game to the next level. This location is unique in that we have a grill to serve up amazing recipes inspired by Japanese and Korean dishes, along with being able to serve Japanese beer and a growing list of premium Japanese sake.
Due to COVID, we had to close our first location, however shortly thereafter we were able to continue the BYOB experience with our newest location in the Artisanal Market Place (AMP) food hall on 16Tech Campus.
