We hate admit this but our business started because we hired a general contractor that broke just about every rule and cut every corner.

James Plumlee, the owner of PLUÜM Construction was forced into learning the ropes the hard way. He and his wife Zlata, took the contractors board course after weeks of hard knocks training at the bureau of development services in downtown Portland.
It was a blessing in disguise. What initially was what we felt a curse ended up becoming a career.

We understand here at Pluum Construction just how important it is in regards to who someone hires to do the work on their home and our project. This is why we are in the business. We want to be that company that someone can depend on and trust to not only do work honestly but also correctly.
