The menu draws from travels and personal experiences throughout Mexico including Ensenada, Jalisco, Michoacán, and Oaxaca, using the same type of farm-fresh ingredients and cooking methods passed down for generations. Just like the handmade tortillas, which arrive at your table hot off the comal.
