The History of PHON-ER: As a serial entrepreneur from the age of 8, I always acted on any innovation as I saw opportunity not for greed, but for the grand goal to serve others as they were another aspect of me looking for help that wasn’t available to them. My dad needed his iPhone repaired before his morning trip in 2015 for the holidays and there wasn’t a shop in the world that was open and so he asked me to take a screw at it and I did it with love and that’s when the spark came from the universe that I can create the supply for the demand for our Los Feliz community and the neighboring cities, by offering a 24 hour iPhone repair service, that wasn’t offered by anyone at the time, to help others like my dad that may need their phones fixed before their morning trips or work since our phones have become an extension of us like Elon Musk has discussed and that’s how PHON-ER was born; and the lateness of the night earned the ER for Emergency Repair. -Ari
