We specialize in making the best Pho and Vietnamese food, including a few select Asian entrees for the people of Boca Raton to enjoy. I hired three very experienced chefs with 20+ years of experience each. Below are our guiding principles that I believe in and will strive to live up to as a business: - Make the best tasting Pho and Vietnamese cuisine in all of South Florida. - Be transparent and honest (e.g., open kitchen, clean and bright décor for casual dining). - Make it a great dining experience without having to spend too much. As such, I believe in keeping things simple when I created Pho Boca. If we cannot live up to our customer's expectations, then we emphatically encourage our customer's to try other establishments because we are equally or tougher on ourselves.
