About the Business

We opened our doors in June 1997 with the mission of providing great cleaning and service. I have taken classes with DLI (formerly International Fabricare Institute) on stain removal, fabrics and fibers, and finishing. I am an active officer with the Raleigh Area Dry Cleaners Association which helps promote education of dry cleaning to the public as well as fellow cleaners.

As one will see, all of our counter staff speak fluent English because we believe in order to provide you with excellent service you and the counter staff have to be able to communicate effectively. How frustrating is it when you have to express yourself over and over because the counter person does not understand English or walking out of a business wondering if they got your request correctly?
Our pressers are paid a fair wage and the average time they've been with us is over 14 years! In the service industry that is very uncommon. That means that your clothes will be handled by experienced employees.

I have over 26 active hours of experience in the dry cleaning business including:  stain removal, finishing, fibers and fabric knowledge, and customer service.  We are the only dry cleaners with a stain removal guarantee:  If after two attempts we do not remove your stain, you can take the garment to another cleaners.  If the stain is removed by that cleaner safely, I will refund your money for the garment you had cleaned with us:)
