Pellicci became frustrated with the outrageous prices and time required to get his iPhone repaired at his local shop. With this in mind, he went to work and created a business model that solved both of these problems. There was only one issue: how was he supposed to know how to fix a phone? Tucker has always been a hands on learner with a passion for technology and how those pieces worked together. This interest drove him to master his own craft in the world of phone repair. Now, he holds various Apple certifications and has taken many rigorous courses in order to make sure every step of the process is done the right way, the first time. Tucker continues to exceed client expectations across the entire Portland area by providing top-notch service to the hundreds of clients who choose the Pellicci name as their go to phone repair shop.
