In 2012, lifelong friends Mike and David founded PDX Movers driven by a commitment to superior customer service after a disappointing experience at a tech company. Starting as their own employees, they handled everything from loading to scheduling. Their success led to a Beaverton warehouse in 2015, but rising demand prompted a move to Tualatin. PDX Movers partnered with Wayfair for furniture deliveries before refocusing on their mission: helping people through moving services. In 2019, they set a new goal: becoming the best moving company in Portland, expanding nationwide. Their tagline, "not your average movers," reflects their dedication to exceptional customer service. They achieve this by hiring passionate individuals who take ownership of their work with great attention to detail. Our company is fully licensed and insured by the state of Oregon, holding an A1 permit for commercial relocation, with an ODOT #161428 and a USDOT#2353055.
