About the Business

Park Ave BBQ was founded by Dean Lavallee in 1988. Dean started Park Ave in an 1,800 square foot building on Park Ave in the Town of Lake Park. After designing custom smokers and perfecting the smoking process, the Lake Park location had lines around the block. In the 90's, Dean opened several more locations in Palm beach County. Today there are eight locations from Boynton beach to Port St Lucie.
