Business Owner

Regina Velez-Carter M. (Business Owner)

Native of the Island of Vieques, Puerto Rico, been living in the North Country since 1995.Pan de Vida is the way I can continually serve others and showcase how delicious is the food that I grew up eating.when I moved to this part of the world there was absolutely nothing remotely close to anything latin to cook or eat. And from speaking about it and with God’s guidance and some people, process and product I was able to combine my love of food and my love for people.I love to spend time with people and enjoy seen them experiencing new flavors and become family through food. I have to travel over three hours and to different places to make sure I can provide the most authentic puertorrican flavor and so far since 2013 we keep doing it with the same love and respect. I love serving and our servers love it too, they are my daughters.  My desire is that you are blessed when you visit my restaurant and the next time you stop by you know that you are welcome and appreciated.  Thank you.
