Paella Chef was started by Jose Cavaliere after preparing Paellas for more than 25 years. All his friends kept asking him to cook it at their houses and that is how he got the idea. People wanted to enjoy themselves at their houses without having to cook or worry about drinking and driving. Thus, Paella Chef was created!
