Well, it should- because this is umami, and welcome to the fifth state of taste. We're talking flying on a noodle cloud, floating down a brothy river,
kind of comfort food. Sure, some people may call you a noodle nut,
and you know what? They couldn't be more right. So, sharpin those
chopsticks. Ask for a bigger spoon. There are no judgments here.
