Lynnwood Branch Olympus Spa was opened to the public on September 19th, 2005 to provide a beautiful and elegant oasis for women in the North of Seattle area.

Olympus Spa is a well-being spa, which offers Far-Infrared healing energy rooms, massage facilities, a herbal dry sauna, mugwort steam sauna, meditation room, reading room and four different temperature whirl pools. Olympus invites you to experience a new spa culture, which will bring you full of pleasant surprises.

Olympus Spa believes that one's true beauty can only be achieved when one feels healthy. In other words, our spa's focus on restoring and rejuvenating one's health comes first before achieving anything else. Not only are we interested in women's physical health but we are equally interested in spiritual health. There is an old Korean saying, "All of one's physical illnesses come from one's mind." There are now many recent medical studies proving that stress can cause physical, emotional and behavioral disorders which can affect one's health, vitality, peace-of-mind, as well as personal and professional relationships. Too much stress can cause relatively minor illnesses like insomnia, backaches, or headaches, and can contribute to potentially life-threatening diseases like high blood pressure and heart disease. We want to create a place for women to come and focus on all aspects of wellness, inside and out. For the physical aspects of health, we have built many different earth energy rooms, herbal dry sauna, steam sauna, and different whirl pools. Each facility has specific health benefits and those can be found in our tour section of our spa site. For the mental aspects of health, we have tried our best to create a comfortable environment by incorporating reading room, meditation room, log room, and tea ceremony class for our customers to experience the tranquility and the peace.
