Established in 2001 by Avril Solarin, Nubian opened its doors to the first client in Chelmsfords eclectic West End and now firmly on the map as the leading independent Afro Black & Mixed race hair salon in the county. Free consultation is offered to all our clients, enabling us to access your needs and by working with you we are able to determine your requirements, likes and dislikes and offering you the best advice on styling, suitability and aftercare. Team Nubian are all NVQ qualified, delivering high standard of work ethics and experts in all aspects of afro-Caribbean and European hair and therefore, gives us an edge when dealing with consultations, suggestions on new styles, application of chemical and its suitability. Over the years we have enjoyed working on clients hair from all nationalities and by developing a good relationship with our clients are able to familiarize ourselves with new styles and products.
