About the Business

As a family business, our beginnings come from our humble home. During that time, only Facebook and word of mouth were our only means of putting ourselves out there. As we grew, we found different ways to advertise and before we knew it, we had our own shop. During our growth, we endeavored to keep our prices as low as possible because we understand that phones and gadgets are critical in day-to-day living. We believe that when a customer brings in their item to be repaired, it is up to us to give our all to repair it such that it looks good as new. And if we are not able to repair it, then the customer does not have to pay anything as our services should only be paid for when the job is done and the customer is happy.

We also offer free diagnoses as every form of damage has a solution, and we will find it. If the damage is too great for repair, then you don't have to pay as we have a "No Fix, No Pay" policy.
