About the Business

Nouveau was born from the vision of our owner Ebony Austin. With a family history in hospitality it had always been a dream to open something that would give the people a chance to experience dining on a different level. Where sophisticated palates can experience flavors that mesh perfectly in a modern decor that gives the feel of Buckhead or Midtown. Placed in historic downtown College Park only minutes from Hartsfield- Jackson International airport the location is central to numerous demographics with this in mind our menu can vary from marinated Ribeye and lobster tails, to Seafood and Grits and Shrimp Po'boy's.

Owning a restaurant has always been a desire.  In my youth I witnessed my Mother open and operate a very popular restaurant in Chicago.  Seeing the people of my city rant and rave about how they enjoyed it so much instilled that desire.  After moving to Atlanta I knew the time was coming much sooner than later.  With a deep faith in God I started to search for places that spoke to me.  I was led to our flagship location in College Park.  Our success is strictly because of the wonderful customer base we have and my dedicated staff executing the vision that God put in me.  Forever grateful.
