It all started one day, at my weekend job for the City Of South Houston Community Senior Center, I was asked if the guests of the events that were held there could pay me for cleaning instead of them having to clean up afterwards. I was already cleaning the office anyway when I got bored and this was something I found therapeutic as I enjoy cleaning.
Flat rates instead of hourly ones seem to make the worker happy as they know they are getting paid a fair rate. They also know they can take their time to create that cozy ambiance that makes up a sparking home that is the picture of your perfection. It's great for clients because they know that they will not be expecting any unexpected expenses.
