My name is Norm McLaughlin. I'm from Northern Ireland originally and lived in Sydney for 10 years prior to relocating to Brisbane. I have a Masters Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. Back in Northern Ireland I spent eleven years working in both hardware and software development for a multinational corporation in the telecommunications industry. In recent years I've been working for a global non-profit organisation, looking after the IT requirements in their Sydney office and troubleshooting issues.
