In October 2020, the owners of BENTO Asian Kitchen + Sushi opened Norikase, a new restaurant in Jacksonville, FL that introduced the first-ever Omakase Experience to the 904 area. Every week, Norikase receives a fresh shipment of ingredients from the renowned Toyosu Fish Market in Japan, ensuring that only the freshest and highest quality ingredients are used in their dishes.

Norikase has already gained recognition for its outstanding cocktails, earning a spot in StuffToDoInJacksonville's "Most Instagram-Worthy Cocktails and Where to Find Them" article. Additionally, the Tung Brothers, the owners of Norikase, have been named James Beard Award Semi-Finalists for the "Outstanding Restaurateur Nomination".

As sister-companies to Domu/Tori Tori, Soseki, Dochi Japanese Mochi Donuts, and Kadence - all primarily located in Orlando, FL - Norikase is part of a network of exceptional dining experiences that are consistently raising the bar in the culinary world.
