About the Business

We are a family based company based in Suffolk. We started Nicom IT Services in April 2015 and have not looked back since.

Our aims are simple "To provide quality inexpensive IT repairs and sales to the local community" We believe in giving back to the local community. We have previously donated computers and laptops and peripherals to local nurseries etc.

In October 2017 we opened our first Service centre in Haverhill. This gave us a base to work from and something to build upon. We understand that IT support can be frustrating, whether it's a small issue of your printer not working to a server failure in a corporate business.
2018 is proving to be an exciting year as we relocate to Haverhill high street on to Queen's Square into new premises. We hope to see as many of you as possible during our journey to continue to develop and provide affordable, friendly IT support to both home and business users.

Nick has worked in IT for almost 15 years now, moving up the ranks from technician to manager, to head of IT Operations for a local AcademyTrust. I have Microsoft and CISCO qualifications, and during my time working within education picked up many more skills that are transferable to clients. I feel that we as a company can deliver a high-quality service to home and business customers. Working within our core values of community and affordability allows us to move forward and keep expanding.
