In 2000 Chef Nicola Bedalli arrived in the United States, from Siena, Italy, bringing with him his vast array of traditional dishes from Tuscany. Nicola became well known in Central Ohio for his ability to bring together fresh, pure and simple ingredients to create magnificent dishes from the many regions of Italy.
