We were excited to discover how amazing the ARX machine was for strength training. When the opportunity arose (corporate layoff) to start a business we knew that we wanted to have this cutting edge workout technology available to our neighbors (and us).

Next Age Fitness is passionate about helping people get all the benefits of strength training (looking leaner, improved metabolic rates, increased strength and bone density, etc). We provide short, intense and infrequent workouts that gives all the benefits of resistance training without ever picking up a weight. We give one-on-one attention with every workout using a motor drive machine (an ARX). The resistance adapts to challenge muscles in both the concentric (lifting) and eccentric (lowering) muscle contraction; unlike traditional equipment.

You are going to love my passion for fitting fitness into busy lives.  I've been in the position that my job took so much time from my day I couldn't find the 7 hours a week I knew it took to get fit.   When I was introduced to ARX and the Fit3d Proscanner, I fell in love.  The data that is available makes it easier to evaluate and tweak  fitness plans; including the results when one is held accountable (with 3d body scans).
