Brittany founded MYST Therapies in 2016 in the Western Suburbs of Sydney. In 2019, she transitioned her business to the Lower North Shore. She started her career as a qualified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher and Remedial Massage Therapist before transitioning to a Clinical Myotherapist. Brittany graduated from Endeavour College Of Natural Health with a Bachelor of Health Science in 2018 and has helped clients function, move and feel better for over nine years. Brittany provides the most up to date evidence-based treatments and enjoys assisting clients in preventing and recovering from injury.
