About the Business

Catherine and Levi opened Myo's original location at the Saltillo Lofts in 2006 and expanded to the Triangle in 2008. In 2018, Myo Massage has expanded the Triangle location to include classrooms for movement classes including alignment-based Iyengar Yoga, Pilates and Barre, Feldenkrais, Functional Strength and Foundations training, Dance, T'ai Chi and Qi Gong... Our focus has always been on hiring the most experienced and talented massage therapists and instructors in Austin. We specialize in pain management, deep tissue, acupuncture and movement therapy.

We offer therapeutic and clinical massage like deep tissue, sports massage, and lymphatic drainage; acupuncture and cupping; and stretching and yoga therapies. We also host a unique range of movement classes, including alignment-based Iyengar Yoga, Pilates and Barre, Feldenkrais, Functional Strength and Foundations training, Dance, T'ai Chi and Qi Gong...and more. It's our mission to help everyone move better, reduce pain and increase strength and balance, from athletes to seniors, from beginners to expert practitioners. We hire only the most experienced, skilled and knowledgeable massage therapists and movement instructors to help our clients make effective and lasting improvements to their health and capabilities. Together, massage, acupuncture and movement classes provide the foundation for pain relief, better movement, and better living.
