I come from a family heritage around food and entrepreneurship, so you can say starting a meal delivery service was always in the books. I started My Healthy Penguin® because I believe eating healthy should be flavorful, simple, and convenient! I was so frustrated years ago with the limited options and the stigma that meal prep had to be bland! What?! What started as a means to provide for my family and make meals for some friends has turned into one of the leading meal prep companies in the Southern California.
