Hi, Everyone! I come from China, this is the fourth year in Canada. I have been liven in Victoria, BC for two years. In China, we have a motto that is no pressure no power. For me I have a dream that learning the western management style , good service, nice looking dish, mingling and innovation of Chinese and Western culinary. Then I decide to giving myself more pressure to become a chef. The western food always looks so pretty and tasty. Before back home I was thinking everyone loves Chinese food, but when I came to Canada, the Chinese restaurant is  the word of bad service, terrible tasting as people’s perspective. we have the thousand years of cultural history, the culinary even more profound. So open a new model of Chinese restaurant is not only my plan and also my dream!
