About the Business

The owners, Aliza and Scott, found each other in a WUI community in Southwest Colorado as a high-school science teacher and a wildland firefighter. They chased profession, wildfire and each-other across the Western US and finally settled in Denver to start a family. Scott has extensive experience utilizing heavy equipment in wildfire mitigation and hazard tree situations, and Aliza develops training programs and teaching curriculum for high school teachers in and around Denver.

Together, they started Moore Stump Removal to help homeowners, businesses and land managers create safer and more engaging living environments. Maintaining our homes, properties and lands enriches communities and is a privilege to share with others around us.
