About the Business

We're a small family/ veteran owned business and colorado Springs is our home. We introduced pupusas in grocery stores in 2011 and decided to take a new direction in 2018 and opened Monse's Pupuseria. We are proud to offer more than 15 pupusa flavors and offer a variety of meat, vegetarian and vegan options of traditional Salvadoran dishes. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and feature a creative menu of alcoholic beverages as well as our refreshing, signature agua frescas! We appreciate our military, first responders, educators and our local community!
