About the Business

Working at an Apple Service Provider customers came in everyday with broken iPhone and iPad screens. Apple doesn't allow ASPs to service IOS devices so we would direct them to a mail away service. The need for a qualified technician that could repair devices locally on Cape Cod was apparent. 3 Months later Chris started the business out of his home and shortly opened a full service repair shop on Main Street Hyannis. Chris' reputation spread quickly and soon received referrals from Verizon and AT&T stores as well a local Mac stores. MDM is the preferred vendor of Cape Cod Hospital, Barnstable, Nauset, Upper Cape Tech and Hingham Public Schools.
