Millie's Burgers is a throwback to the way burger joints used to be. Gone is the corporate atmosphere, frozen food and employees that don't want to work in their restaurants. Here at Millie's, we bring fresh ingredients to traditional recipes, and we've been passionate about bringing you the best burgers for nearly 40 years now. We form our patties from fresh ground beef and make our own sauces, so the only place to get a Millie's burger is...Millie's! All this work crafting the perfect burger means that nothing quite compares to taking that first bite of a Millie's Bacon Burger. We take the same care to our other menu items, including our fish dishes, chicken sandwiches, grilled ham and cheese, BLTs, hot dogs, tacos, burritos and shakes. For that old school burger joint feel, there's nowhere else but Millie's.

Owner Dan Neilson took over the restaurant after his father in law passed it to him some time ago. Ever since, he has stuck to the same traditional family values and recipes. Millie's and the Millie's family has been a grateful part of the Salt Lake City community for decades, and we're thankful for all of our loyal customers!
