The space is anchored by a parametrically derived sculpture of the Erie Canal -- a playful seating and bar structure to sit, stand and socialize around. It's a never ending process of experimentation behind the bar, in the kitchen and out in the space... and everyone is a part of it. It's both the past and future of Medina (and villages like it) which exist solely and historically as part of the canal. It's elevated food and drink housed in an interactive sculpture with the laid back vibes of a dive bar. Drink a 40 with your tasting menu. Enjoy a cocktail, glass of scotch or biodynamic natural wine with your pizza... Choose your own adventure but please always have fun while you do it.
