Dating back to 1964 Bob Norman & Ben Cross opened up the first Volkswagen franchise in the Fraser Valley. Cross and Norman's facility was built on the same lot where we stand today! In 1991, Jeff Milani opened up his own car dealership on Hastings Street in Burnaby.
Both Jeff & Chris met and the rest is history.

Jeff started in the body shop business at the age of 13 helping his father with the family business. At the age of 20 he opened up his own company selling cars. He remained in North Burnaby at the same location for over 20 years. Jeff then partnered up with Chris Norman and they have now been working together for 10 years. Jeff has a strong ability for buying clean, quality pre-owned cars and trucks. Being in the Auto Body business repairing and rebuilding old cars expanded his knowledge. Jeff has a strong passion for this company, he loves making deals and watching customers leave the dealership happy!
