Today, Mexicue has evolved into a restaurant - and lively bar scene - that does things a little differently than the other guys. A little more boldly. And with a lot more flavor and fun. We smoke, grill, braise, char, pickle, juice, mash, grind and create - in a way that stays true to the Mexican tradition. All with a twist of the American South. In 2010, Thomas decided to quit his corporate job and start a food truck called Mexicue, blending  Mexican cuisine with Southern American Barbecue. The truck drew lines that ran down multiple city blocks and was raved about by the press. Mexicue has now evolved into a full service restaurant and bar specializing in tacos and tequila.
