Family owned and operated by Phat and Sarah, Mei Mei China Restaurant features gourmet Chinese food and Vietnamese cuisine. Phat is a Vietnam born Chinese American. He has 35 years cooking in Vietnam, Hong Kong, and New York City before coming to Dallas, where he was the Banquet Chef (Chef Wong) at Are-En-Ciel and Thanh Tra Restaurant. You may order from the standard menu, or Chef Wong will prepare special orders at your request subject to availability.
