About the Business

I created Meez Meals to make cooking easy. That means taking out the time and hassle that comes with planning meals and prepping ingredients. It also means making sure the adventure of cooking new flavors with wholesome ingredients takes center stage.

When you cook with Meez, you'll find that something magical happens. Dinnertime is suddenly about more than the food. It's about taking time to savor life by catching up on the day or relaxing by yourself. When dinner is easy, everything else just falls into place.

We make it quick and easy to cook delicious dinners from scratch. No shopping, no chopping, just an eco-friendly cooler delivered to your home each week and filled with everything you need to make tasty, healthy, locally sourced, dinners from scratch. The onions are diced. The spices are measured. In less time than it takes to order a pizza, you can have a fantastic, home-cooked dinner -- and the satisfaction of having provided a healthy meal for you and your family! We have a wide variety of vegan and vegetarian options as well as chicken, fish, and beef entrees. In addition, Meez offers a great selection of salads, snacks, and sides each week. There is no subscription or commitment of any kind and the meals are fully customize-able to your tastes or dietary needs. We never ship food on planes or let our meals sit in a warehouse overnight company -- everything is delivered directly from our kitchen to your home. Meez is also the Green Restaurant Association's only "Cerfitifed Green" meal kit delivery provider.

I love to eat, and I get a special kick out of cooking from scratch.  The idea for Meez Meals came when my big sister found that it wasn't easy to get a home-cooked meal on the table anymore.  She was busy, and cooking had become a chore, rather than a culinary adventure.  She said that dinnertime would be so much easier if the ingredients were ready in advance so all she had to do was cook.  I know a good idea when I hear one, so I jumped on it.
