25 years of home improvements experience based on the following in order of appearance:

1. Rough carpentry working with father and grandfather since a child.
2. Wallpaper installation - the past 25 years.
3. Interior finish carpentry moldings and trim- the past 20 years.
4. Interior/Exterior Painting - the past 20 years
5. Drywall/Plaster repair - the past 15 years.
6. Floor tile - the past 15 years.
7. Basement, Kitchen and Bath renovations - the past 10 years.

So in the beginning I would go into a home and transform an ordinary Dining room with wallpaper, chair and panel picture box moldings and finish latex/oil brush or spray paint. Which then lead me to dabble in faux and architectural finishes. Then added wall construction and drywall/plaster repair to my resume because of so much repair work around here.

Otherwise People hire Lee to avoid another lengthy hiring process because low bidder didn't understand the complexities how materials react under different drying conditions because the air was too hot, cold or humid during the finishing process and most crucial post 30 day curing period. Or high bid with slightly supervised crew cut corners to beat deadline, or second tier contractor made a mistake and the fix wasn't very good.
