Massimino and Paolo D'Amore started out in 1989. Massimino working in the Astoria Hotel in London, also classically trained in Italy and Switzerland. On the other hand Paolo was trained by his Dad Massimino, and his mother virginia and grandmother Iolanda. So you can only imagine the amount of love and passion goes into all of our dishes.
