Bill began his automotive career working for a Jeep dealership here in Dallas for 17 years. He started as a car washer, worked in the parts department, then moved into the shop as a technician. He had worked on cars for several years when there was an opening for a service adviser. He was a service adviser for several years and eventually moved up into the Service Manager position. When the dealership closed in 2002 he decided to take a chance and open his own shop which had been a dream of his for many years. He had always been "hands on" in the shop and kept himself educated on all of the advancements in the automotive repair industry. Marlow Automotive opened in 2002 and has been a flourishing business ever since. Bill is still "hands on" and continues to keep himself knowledgeable in the field. He also prides himself in maintaining a positive and friendly relationship with all his customers.
