Mara's Med Spa in Dallas began with Brazilian native Mara Pinney, an experienced laser technician and medical esthetician. She established Mara's Med Spa in 2017, bringing to Dallas a decade of experience in the beauty, spa, and fashion industry as well as extensive knowledge from her work in Brazil, Milan, and Dubai. At Mara's Med Spa she has created a place where men and women can find answers to all of their skin and body concerns.
