About the Business

M.A.P Services is headed up by Marc Higgins, a fully qualified QBCC British construction worker who started his career in the Army where he developed his strong carpentry and landscaping skills.

Considered a world-class carpenter by his peers, he soon moved on to start, and quickly expand, an enviable property portfolio across Europe and the United States.

Having built, renovated and sold a series of amazing homes and garden spaces in France, Germany and the U.K, Marc moved to the Sunshine Coast with his Aussie wife in 2011 and kept up his love for building and landscaping by starting M.A.P Services.

Marc's has gathered together a team of fully qualified landscape gardeners and construction workers who share his eye for innovative design and attention to detail. As a team, they demonstrate a strong work ethic and have a excellent track record of completing jobs on time and within budget.
