While Maid to Shine started January of 2008, Christa (the owner) has been cleaning for years. She originally started as a cleaning tech for another local cleaning company. On her first day they sent her out to a client's house, handed her a rag, and said "clean." After several years she started her own business named "Christa Clean" in January 2007. As she grew, she knew her business had to be different than the one she came from. She started to added staff and extensively train them (two week before they can see a house). Today Maid to Shine offers what most cleaning companies won't: 1. A six week hiring process that includes 3 interviews, a background check, reference check, and drug screening. 2. Two weeks of training before they see your house. 3. Random quality control checks. 4. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. 5. Polite, staff that you can communicate with (everyone speaks fluent English). 6.
